Is the word ‘No’ coming up too often? Are we applying past evidence of our experiences and limiting ourselves with a resounding no? Each day we are new, different and have evolved, and we can ask ourselves – is what used to be a no – now possibly a yes?
Reminding you today, that no has it’s place. You have to say no sometimes if you want to say yes to other things. If you want change, say yes, if you want to add excitement, say yes. Want to grow and have new experiences, say yes. Saying yes gives you permission to add something new. What is waiting for you to say YES?
