Inner Peace…something we all want. What disrupts it? Frustrations, and the big unbalances that can do a number on us of anger and fear. We not only experience these emotions once but then we carry them around with us into an insomniac night and sometimes longer. Are we masochists? Do we enjoy this stress? No, of course not. It would take an entire blog to get into specifics so the short version is; to maintain inner peace, we need to look inside and heal what is at the core of our upset.

Reminding you today, your experience begins with you. How are you allowing some-one or some-thing to affect your inner peace? Inner peace is an energy shift. Focus your attention on your reaction as opposed to the circumstance and you’ll find your answers. Ramp up your spiritual practice, heal, forgive and achieve the peace you seek.
