We all have a story we tell and allow to define who we are. Is it working for us? If it is…great, but if we want more we need to free our mind. If we are stuck in the past, we are limiting what we can be now. We choose our thoughts and how we perceive our story; anything that is holding us back is self-imposed. Truth is, we are renewable every single minute of the day.
Reminding you today, to let go of habitual thinking, give yourself PERMISSION to let go of that bag of stories. There are no rules that say you have to hang on to anything – you get to define who you would like to be. Be free to the new with an open mind and heart.
