Today let’s focus on the power of our thoughts. Limited thinking or negative thoughts are self inflicted and act as road blocks. They can create a very real feeling of being restricted or bound to what IS. We are only a thought away from creating a new experience. A new thought changes perspective and therefore changes results.

Reminding you today, when you challenge yourself with the ‘if I can’t I must’ mantra, you uncover the places in which you are immobile; whether playing it safe or sitting in fear, and have a new thought to rise to the occasion. Choose to shine! (I’ll get my sunglasses)   😉
