In every new moment we can re-new, revise, re-fresh.

We often think of stress, negativity, anger and the like as being caused by something ‘outside’ or ‘put upon us’, and therefore, seeing it as something that leaves us feeling out of control. This important AHA shift is something that takes continuous practice, mindful practice, so that we retain our clarity our keep our vibration high.
