We are energy and are powerful co-creators. One way to keep ourselves focused is to bring those thoughts into the physical by writing them down. Write down your perfect day, exactly what you want in great detail. Write in past tense as if it’s already happened. You are essentially journaling what you want in the gratefulness of its arrival into your life. This is such a great way to harness your thoughts and keep them consistent.

Write freely without editing what you think can actually happen. This is YOUR dream day. It’s a fun and powerful exercise that allows you to bypass any blocks you may have set up subconsciously in creating the life you want.

Even if you question the validity of this practice and want to write it off as an imaginary game – TRY IT and feel the shift as you are writing all of your wishes and desires that have been delivered. You’ll find yourself smiling when you add in those delicious details.

Reminding you today, you deserve the life of your dreams. Place your order with the Universe.

Attitude is Everything

Your Daily Inspiration:

Inspired By:

“Our attitudes control our lives. Attitudes are a secret power working 24 hours a day, for good or bad. It is of PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE that we know how to harness and control this great force.”

~ Irving Berlin

Image

Attitude is everything. Look at people, places and things from a perspective of appreciation with love and acceptance. Look for things that are good and right in situations and people and focus on the ‘value’ as opposed to the irritations.

Reminding you today, to focus on the beauty in the world, in your world, there is so much of it. Focus on what you can do today. “Be Too Blessed to be Stressed.” My wise Mom always reminds me: “Before you speak, run it through your heart first. Focus on the GOOD, because there is always something good to come from every situation.” When we lead with our loving attitude we set the stage for gracious, loving, peaceful experiences.

Taking Control of What is Stressing You Out

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

“No one can create negativity or stress within you. Only you can do that by virtue of now you process your world.” ~ Dr. Wayne Dyer

Image

We really know how to work ourselves up, don’t we? We essentially torture ourselves with negative chatter and imagined fearful scenarios, then push ourselves even further with a hurried pace and an overconsumption of news in an effort to feel informed; we then wonder why we’re stressed, filled with anxiety and pretty much exhausted both mentally and physically.

Reminding you today, your body and mind feel so much better when you are peaceful. Nothing outside of you have any power over you unless you allow it. ENJOY each moment where you are. Slow down, take a breath, give yourself a Zen moment. Be in gratitude for what you have and joyful for the clarity of what you want to create.

Process your world through your own loving, peaceful filter – from a place of trust in your self, your higher power and the Universe.

Practicing Patience

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

“Patience is not passive, on the contrary it is active; it is concentrated strength.”

~ Edward George Bulwar-Lytton (1803-1873)

Image

Patience is a virtue and one that needs practice. In our hurried atmosphere we can get almost anything we want, and fast, with a snap of our fingers or a click of a button. We are so used to instant gratification that when we don’t get it quickly it can cause anxiety, frustration and even anger.

Reminding you today, your patience is action. You can be powerful without being forceful. Patience is being accepting, generous and kind with the feelings of others. Exercising the art of patience is understanding what someone else might be going through, with compassion. Most of all, being patient with yourself as you grow, learn and evolve.

Patience is trusting the outcome. Love yourself with the peaceful gift of patience.

How Are You Responding?

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

“Our reaction to a situation literally has the power to change the situation itself.” ~ Unknown

Image

The only thing we have control over is the way we react or respond and our reactions are largely based on the ‘peace’ we feel inside. When we are highly frustrated, angry, impatient or in judgement, we act different, right?

Reminding you today, to notice what your initial reaction is. Be an observer. What about the situation is charging you, bugging you and making you feel like you want to react. This is a great moment of self discovery, an opportunity to see what needs attention to be healed inside.

Take a moment to ask yourself what your response can be to help diffuse the situation. Center yourself with a daily routine that brings you calmness and tranquility. You can choose to be peaceful inside no matter what is going on around you.

Your power is in your response.

Getting Clarity to Move Forward

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

“When your clarity meets your conviction and you apply action to the equation, your world will begin to transform before your eyes.” ~ Lisa Nichols

Image

Clarity is compromised when we are in moments of being extremely overwhelmed or challenged. It creates confusion, the exact opposite of clarity. It’s like looking out of a dirty window and while sitting in those mucky, blurred thoughts we can’t see clearly. Our perspective ends up being skewed with fear.

What to do now? This is the time to discipline our thoughts and know that just one new thought can shift us from freak out to calmness.

Reminding you today, your thoughts are instantly renewable. Get out the ‘mindful window cleaner’ and just think one new positive thought aimed at cleaning up your view and taking your power back.

Take a break and do something you enjoy and let go of this pent up energy. It’s always a good idea to release old energy to allow room for the new. Pull upon your faith and your trust in self, knowing you are not alone. One new thought will lead to another and let the sunshine back in.

Today is Your Beginning

Your Daily Inspiration:

Inspired By:

“First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.” ~ Epictetus

Image

What do you want to achieve? What are the wishes of your heart? What ideas have you been thinking about? All of us have been affected, one way or another by what is happening in 2020; we’ve had to re-invent, re-tool and dig deep in our perseverance reserve to get through this challenging time.

Today is your beginning – just take the first step. Release the attachments to the Who and How and decide only upon what you want, the end result.

Reminding you today, when you get stuck in the ‘how’ you subconsciously block the flow of manifesting it and put limits on your desire. Don’t limit your desires. Just begin, act AS IF.

Begin today with what you have and who you are now. Your job is only to decide what you want, let the Universe do the rest. Today is your beginning. Get excited.

• I think big and then allow myself to accept even more.

Anything is Possible – Open Your Mind and Explore

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

“The world is full of people who have never, since childhood, met an open doorway with an open mind.” ~ E.B. White

Image

An open mind shows our willingness to learn something new, both in our perspective and fresh ways of doing things. Openness brings us to places we’ve never seen before with new experiences, it awakens our creativity and is an energetic magnet.

Reminding you today, to tap into your childlike attitude of wonder, the same mindset that believed that anything was possible and wanted to explore.

Give yourself the freedom to evolve and release any perceived notions of how anything should be done. Re-Boot and allow the new, refreshed ideas to lead the way.

Re-Energize Your Abundance

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

“I was broke and I had a dream. I want people to know that when you see what you have – instead of what you don’t – you can get to the next step in life.” ~ Terry Crews (Actor)

Image

Whatever wave we are riding at this moment, it is important to hold our vibration high, feel good and keep the abundance in our spirit energized.

Reminding you today, to be mindful of what you are saying to yourself. Your words are the foundation to your beliefs and you create what you believe. If you want change, it’s old thinking versus new thinking. Notice what you are saying to yourself and if it doesn’t match what you say you want for your life, switch it up to a positive word, a healing word, a powerful sentence that motivates you to your goal.

Remind yourself as many times as needed of your magnificence and that the Universe is always working with your thoughts. Most of all, be patient and loving with yourself as you create this new paradigm. There is no limit to where you can go, so go big!

Are You Blocking Abundance?

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

“Prosperity is a way of living and thinking, and not just money or things. Poverty is a way of living and thinking, and not just a lack of money or things.” ~ Eric Lutterworth

Image

Abundance in all its forms likes a high vibration, so let’s raise that vibration and focus on all of the ABUNDANCE that is present. It’s important that we think higher and be the vibration of what we want to see. The difference in our vibration is reflected in the quality of our thoughts.

Reminding you today, to play in your abundant thoughts as anything is possible and you are unlimited.

How high can you go? As high as you want! More love, more joy, better health, more money; there are no boundaries to what you can bring into your life when you declare it and vibrate it consistently.

As you begin each day with your new I AM…Let Your Soul Shine and have a joy-filled day manifesting your abundance.
