We all do it at some point or another, we search outside to validate ourselves. There’s an inner critic that does a pretty good job of infusing doubt, has us questioning decisions and messes with our view of self.

If we compound those thoughts and memories over years of reflection we can find ourselves with a loop of thoughts that are making us feel less grounded and certainly less powerful, in fact darn right power-less.

Reminding you today, to validate yourself! When you seek validation or ‘value’ outside it doesn’t stick for long – you feel it for awhile but then it wears off and you’re back in your own thoughts, off searching again for approval.

When you validate yourself, you OWN it. Check in with your ‘all knowing self’ and reclaim your personal power.

It’s amazingly satisfying to lift someone’s spirits, give words of encouragement and help someone recognize their value. Beautiful acts of love, kindness and compassion, all demonstrating a generous spirit.

Reminding you today, to be an Earth Angel. You are divinely guided for the highest good of all involved. There is always someone in need of your angelic assistance. You never know what battle someone is fighting; your heart, your kindness, your compassion and support make such a difference.

The world ALWAYS needs more LOVE and your actions transform all that you touch.

Our thoughts have frequencies, and yes, we are emitting a signal. Our thoughts are sent out to the Universe and they attract all like things on the same frequency. If we want to change our perception of anything, we raise our thoughts to positive ones with a higher frequency.

Reminding you today, it takes practice, persistence, and consistency to create your new thoughts. Start with awareness of what you are attracting (or blocking) and what you want to change or add. Don’t be baited into reacting outside of your new loving, abundant, elevated, positive space.

Remember, like attracts like.

We are our biggest commodity. Whatever job we do or service we offer, our intention and connection to those on the receiving end speaks volumes. The abundance of the Universe is endless for those willing to be of service with their gifts. You can never go wrong when you come from your heart.

We are powerful energetic begins. We project our beliefs via our consistent thoughts about self, life and our experiences – which then expand the more we focus on them. 

I write on this subject often, it’s worth repeating because we are constantly having to reprogram our opposite thoughts.
