Attitude is everything and we open the doors with a positive vibe when we look at people, places and things from a perspective of appreciation with love and acceptance. Look for the things that are good and right in situations and people, and focus on the value as opposed to the irritations.

Reminding you today, to focus on the beauty in the world, in your world, there is so much of it. Focus on what you can do today. Be ’Too Blessed to be Stressed’. Before you speak, run it through your heart first. Focus on the Good.

Processing Through a Peaceful Filter

Your Daily Inspiration:

No one can create negativity or stress within you. Only you can do that by virtue of now you process your world.”

~ Dr. Wayne Dyer

Image

We have certainly been challenged this past year, in ways that hit all the buttons including the big one, Fear. We really know how to work ourselves up, don’t we? The self talk, the unknown and lifestyle changes have filled us with anxiety and a lot of us are exhausted both mentally and physically.

Reminding you today, your body and mind feel so much better when you are peaceful and it requires a mindfulness each day. Nothing outside of you has any power over you unless you allow it. It’s finding the calm in the chaos. ENJOY each moment where you are. Slow down, take a breath, give yourself a Zen moment. Process your world through your own peaceful filter – from a place of trust in self, your higher power and the Universe

Practicing Patience

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

Patience is not passive, on the contrary it is active; it is concentrated strength.”

~ Edward George Bulwar-Lytton (1803-1873)

Image

Patience is a virtue and one that needs practice. In our hurried world we can get almost anything we want, and fast. We are so used to instant gratification that when we don’t get it quickly it can cause anxiety, frustration and even anger.

Reminding you today, that your patience is action. You can be powerful without being forceful. Patience is being accepting, generous and kind with the feelings of others. Exercising the art of patience is understanding what someone else might be going through, with compassion. Most of all, being patient with yourself as you grow, learn and evolve.

Patience is trusting the outcome. Love yourself with the gift of patience.

Shifting from Reacting to Responding

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

“Our reaction to a situation literally has the power to change the situation itself.” ~ Unknown

Image

The only thing we have control over is the way we respond and our reactions are largely based on the ‘peace’ we feel inside. Let’s be honest, people and situations can push our limits. When we are highly frustrated, angry, impatient or in judgement, we act differently, right?

Reminding you today, to notice what your initial reaction is. What about the situation is charging you, bugging you and making you feel like you want to strongly react? This is a great moment to ask yourself what your response can be to help or defuse the situation. Take a few seconds to not be reactionary and instead be mindful. Hint: It involves bypassing your ego and going through your

heart.

Center yourself with a daily routine that brings you calmness and tranquility. You can choose to be peaceful inside no matter what is going on around you. Your power is in your response.

Let the Sunshine Back In

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

“When your clarity meets your conviction and you apply action to the equation, your world will begin to transform before your eyes.”

~ Lisa Nichols

Image

When we are in moments of being extremely overwhelmed or challenged, our clarity is compromised and we can feel confused. It’s like looking out of a dirty window. When we sit in those mucky thoughts we can’t see clearly, our perspective ends up being skewed with fear and anxiety. This is the time to discipline our thoughts and know that just one new thought can shift us from freak out to calmness.

Reminding you today, your thoughts are instantly renewable. Get out the ‘mindful window cleaner’ and just think one new positive thought aimed at cleaning up your perspective and taking your power back.

Take a break and do something you enjoy to let go of this pent up energy. A good cry can work wonders to clean the soul; release the old energy to allow room for the new.

Pull upon your faith and your trust in self, knowing you are not alone. One new thought leads to another and lets your sunshine back in.

Daily Affirmations with Louise Hay

Today is Your Beginning

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.” ~ Epictetus

Image

Whatever it is you want to achieve, the goals you have set and the wishes of your heart, today is your beginning – just take the first step. Release the attachments to the Who and How and decide only upon what you want, the end result.

Reminding you today, when you get stuck in the ‘how’ you subconsciously block the flow of manifesting and it puts limits on your desire. Don’t limit your desires. Just begin, act AS IF. Begin today with what you have and who you are now.

Your job is only to decide what you want…let the Universe do the rest. Today is your new beginning. Get excited!

• I think big and then allow myself to accept even more.

An Open Mind = New Experiences

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

Open your body and your mind to the subtler levels of experience, letting go of your attempt to control, to be right, not worrying about appearances, not trying to be safe.” ~ Stephen Levine

An open mind shows our willingness to learn something new, both in our perspective and fresh ways of doing things. Openness brings us to places we’ve never seen before, awakens our creativity and is an energetic magnet.

Reminding you today, to tap into your childlike attitude of wonder, that same mindset that believed all was possible and wanted to explore. Release any perceived notions of how anything should be done.

Your willingness alone opens the door. Re-boot and allow the new, refreshed ideas to lead the way.

You Become What You Believe

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

Create the highest, grandest vision possible for your life. Because you become what you believe.”

~ Oprah Winfrey

Image

Whatever wave we are riding at this moment, it is important to hold our vibration high, feel good and keep the abundance in our spirit energized.

Reminding you today, to be mindful of what you are saying to yourself because your words are the foundation to your beliefs and you create in your life what you believe.

If you want change, it’s old thinking versus new thinking…what are these past thoughts or labels you’ve attached to your story? Your new thoughts are the building blocks on your path moving forward. Notice what you say to yourself and if it doesn’t match what you say you want then switch it up to a positive word, a healing word, a powerful sentence that is aligned with your vision for yourself.

Be patient and loving with yourself as you create this new paradigm. There is no limit to where you can go, so go big!

What Attracts Abundance?

Your Daily Inspiration:

Prosperity is a way of living and thinking, and not just money or things. Poverty is a way of living and thinking, and not just a lack of money or things.” ~ Eric Lutterworth

Abundance in all its forms likes a high vibration, so let’s raise that vibration and focus on all of
the ABUNDANCE that is present. It’s important that we think higher and be the vibration of what we want to see.

The difference in our vibration is reflected in the quality of our thoughts. Let’s explore and play in the abundant thoughts, as anything is possible, and we are unlimited. How high can we go? As high as we want!

Reminding you today, abundance is in the now. Your wealth, your prosperous thinking is most powerful in the now.

Your Daily Inspiration:

Image

Inspired By:

Remember, you have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.”

~ Louise Hay

Image

We are pretty quick to beat ourselves up, aren’t we? This self talk contributes to how we see ourselves and how we are showing up to the world. By selling ourselves short, we get in our own way with goals and ultimately, our success.

If we don’t apply our own value, how can we expect others to value us?

Reminding you today, of your extraordinary value. Take stock in everything that makes y-o-u unique, what you bring to the table and the beautiful affect you have. Recognize your unlimited potential, elevate your thinking and nurture the love of self. See your magnificence.

Use affirmations to practice approving of yourself instead of criticizing, and more importantly believe it, because it’s the truth.
