A lot of our beliefs are based on our experiences and we have gathered tons of evidence during our lives that have built these beliefs. At our core, what do we believe about the world? Do we believe that money is the root of all evil or love hurts? That we are lovable or good enough? Can we change the paradigm? The answer is YES! We are in control of our thoughts. Any thoughts below the line of our ‘highest self-worth, what we deserve and unlimited possibilities is emitting a lower frequency and a polarizing contradiction to what we say we want.

Reminding you today, there is such a payoff to have the daily awareness of your thoughts and what they are creating. Pay attention your thoughts and how they affect what you believe. Today, Now is where your power is. What you believe is what you create and attract. The shift is your choice.
