We can get into the habit of stressful thoughts or happy thoughts, it’s really our choice. Goodness is always flowing around and all we need to do is be ‘in tune’ and open to receive it. There is a relief the minute we make the decision to switch to the positive as opposed to the negative thoughts that consume our thinking.

Reminding you today, to affirm to yourself often that goodness comes easily. Give yourself permission to let go and receive all you have ever wanted.
