The word ‘Mistake’ carries a lot of baggage and goes deep into our psyche. We play a lot of mind games with it and it chips away at our self confidence. Sometimes the fear of making a mistake keeps us stuck. We can be so hard on ourselves, beating ourself up for what is or was essentially a choice.
Reminding you today, of a new perspective surrounding what you perceive as a mistake. There are no mistakes, only lessons. You learned from it and did the best you could with the knowledge you had at the time. Let go of it. A mistake is only a choice you made and you can make a new choice based on who and what you know now.
