Chatter in the mind, we all have it. We’re either running a list of things we have to do or rehearsing a situation in our head. We are all familiar with the constant loop of thoughts that, quite frankly, is as exhausting as anything physical we’ve done all day. We think we’re doing this run through to get an answer, but most of the time it’s just chaotic thoughts that have no direction and are not productive.

Reminding you today, to be aware of when you’re in chatter mode and take a moment to be still and get to your quiet place with mindful thinking. 

Your answers will come when you are in your moment of connection, intention and openness. Hear your voice, the internal guidance that know exactly what you need. This sacred time keeps you in the present, is nurturing, recharges you and restores your peaceful balance.
