“Patience is not passive, on the contrary it is active; it is concentrated strength.”
~ Edward George Bulwar-Lytton (1803-1873)

Patience is a virtue and one that needs practice. In our hurried atmosphere we can get almost anything we want, and fast, with a snap of our fingers or a click of a button. We are so used to instant gratification that when we don’t get it quickly it can cause anxiety, frustration and even anger.
Reminding you today, your patience is action. You can be powerful without being forceful. Patience is being accepting, generous and kind with the feelings of others. Exercising the art of patience is understanding what someone else might be going through, with compassion. Most of all, being patient with yourself as you grow, learn and evolve.
Patience is trusting the outcome. Love yourself with the peaceful gift of patience.
