It is necessary that we have a daily practice for balance and feeling peaceful inside. When our emotions are flying around trying to create chaos, it’s important we have clarity to receive our next steps. When we are stressed, we must remind ourselves to mentally challenge it ‘without emotions’, keeping core thoughts strong and knowing the Universe is always working in our favor, always for good.
