The holidays bring up a lot of feelings and each of us has our own journey through them; especially this year when many of us are dealing with the added element of separation.
When these emotions are making us feel fragile or charging us, it is important to have a practice that brings us back to our core, which is LOVE.
Reminding you today, of the power of LOVE. When your thoughts for self are love and your responses to others are of love, there truly is a healing. Love sees so clearly, and there is always room for more. All anyone wants is love, it’s really all we need; by demonstrating it, we strengthen it within ourselves.
