Something I’ve been seeing a lot lately is people finding happiness in ordinary things, and it’s truly wonderful to witness.

Allow the humor in to lighten the load and joy in to release the stress. Laughter strengthens the immune system and releases a hormone that boosts our mood. 

Reminding you today, to channel your inner comedian, your sense of humor is a great way to diffuse those small irritations. When we come from this lighter frame of mind, it’s easier to be amused and it’s all about feeling good. Being playful will immediately release any mental weight you’ve been carrying around.

Laughter IS the best medicine, it heals. It’s also the perfect response to a cranky individual or an uneasy situation.
