We can create a storm within; fear, anxiety, worry, judgement, (I could go on). These emotions come when we are feeling out of control, which the majority of us are feeling right now. The key to peace is acceptance, and that doesn’t mean laying down for this and feeling powerless. it’s exactly the opposite. We know where we are and we know what we have to do, and that’s how we take our control back. That’s where our power is.

Reminding you today, of the rising strength within you. Be gentle with yourself and others as all are processing differently. Use this time to invest in yourself, reading, doing that meditation you kept putting off and connecting with family and friends. As you fill your thoughts with love and healing, shine your light upon others, it is the gift you have that can be delivered right now.
