It is common for us to get into a habit with our thoughts. It is scientifically proven when we have the same thoughts over and over we create a groove in our brain, a path if you will, where these habitual thoughts can flow freely and easily. How to stop a habitual thought? First awareness, then intention of new thought and then the mindfulness to change it when that other thought tries to sneak in.

Reminding you today, with an invitation to set more intentions.Everything you create starts with intention and that includes how you choose to think. If you’re beating yourself up, rehashing old situations or projecting old thoughts to what’s happening now – Stop – and create a new intent, take back your power, because your power is in the now.
