There is a lot going on, especially this time of year, leaving us susceptible to feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Depending upon how long we let it go, the stress is soon running the show. Our energy, patience and tolerance levels aren’t what they used to be and it leaves room for all kinds of self-criticism and judgement to creep in. In all of this internal chaos, we have forgotten the most important thing…how BLESSED we really are.

Reminding you today, of the power you have to shift. Interrupt your anxiety & stress with Gratitude. You have so much to be grateful for and when you sit, for just a few minutes to remember, you can lower and eliminate the noise causing all of this uneasiness in your mind and body. The daily practice of sitting and basking in your blessings, your connection to your higher power and the infinite possibilities that await your direction, first with thought then with action. There is an abundance awaiting your connection, allow Gratitude to lead the way.
