Any feeling not aligned with our natural state of peace, joy and love is only a disconnect from source and not our truth. Stress, anxiousness or negativity is a reflection of how we process the world ‘outside’of us. This is a huge AHA! If we are mindful of how our thoughts are creating our emotions, we can save ourselves a ton of pain and discomfort.

Reminding you today, to tune in, go to that quiet place and feel your natural state of peace, staying in the now. Here is a beautiful, sunrise video I wanted to share that I took the first day of this new year – a great reminder that you can begin anew at any time and connect with the tranquility that is always in you. Breathe in and breathe out with the melody of the ocean, aligning yourself with positive thoughts. Going to your connected place will allow you to process your world more peacefully.
