We are in a moment in the world right now where we are being inundated and updated on the constant changes and uncertainty of an epidemic that interrupts our daily activities and there’s a very strong feeling of being out of control. We are seeing worldwide lockdowns and deaths which are very scary. This generates fear, worry and anxiety on top of the added burdens of adapting our work and family. We have a feeling of lack from supplies, the economy, our own income and the systems that care for our health. The stress is debilitating our immune systems which we need most right now.

So what are we in control of? Our thoughts. And how can we change the way we feel and get through this? Elevate and Empower our thoughts.

Reminding you today, to create your new thoughts. Declare your health and that of your family, friends and the world. When fear creeps in, know that you are following the advice of the experts and taking those extra precautions; we do have to take action in the physical. Find ways to create joy, and walk through this time with grace, filled with thoughts of love, self care, perfect health with only Love & Light in your body, feeling safe.
