The Universe operates in cycles similar to our inhalations and exhalations. When we only exhale (give), or only inhale (receive), we become out of rhythm with the Universe. Most of us give without thought, it is receiving that we may not allow as generously.
Reminding you today, to allow yourself to receive. Be aware of all of the gifts you receive every day to get you in the habit of flow. Can be as simple as when you pass by a beautiful tree, a kind gesture, an awesome hug or the warmth of the sun shining on your face. Keep your energy flowing, inhaling and exhaling…aligning with abundance.
