It is necessary that we have a daily practice to balance us and feel peaceful inside. Chaos, whether from our inside thoughts or outside sources, can cause our emotions to fly around uncontrollably.
When we are stressed, we must remind ourselves to mentally challenge it ‘without emotions’ keeping core thoughts strong, knowing the Universe is always working in our favor, always for good.
Reminding you today, when you do your daily mindful practice, it makes it easier to not feel drained or pulled off-center. This seems like common sense but when you are knee deep in the quicksand of emotions, it is a great reminder that you are one thought away from your peaceful balance, a clear mind and operating from strength.
