Patience is a virtue and one that needs practice. In our hurried atmosphere, we can get almost anything we want, and fast, with a snap of our fingers or a click of a button. We are so used to instant gratification that when we don’t get it quickly it can cause anxiety, frustration and even anger.

Reminding you today, that your patience is action. You can be powerful without being forceful. Be accepting, generous and kind with the feelings of others. Exercise the art of patience to understand what someone else might be going through, with compassion. Most of all, be patient with yourself, as you grow, learn and evolve. Love yourself with the gift of patience.
