We were born in astounding perfection. As a child we had an innate trust and belief in ourselves, guided by instinct and an insatiable curiosity of what we could do next. We didn’t know we couldn’t do anything so we – tried – everything from the innocence of what could be. We didn’t start comparing ourselves until we began being around others outside of our nucleus family. In comparing, we started a new internal dialogue and gave away our power of our trust of self, (Are they better or do they know more?).
Reminding you today, to release any judgement of self and explore all of your diversities. There is no comparison because there is only one you! Reinforce your self trust in the knowing you are so many beautiful, wonderful things, defined ONLY by what you give yourself permission to explore and ultimately believe. Trust everything you are.
