This is a biggie…Inner Peace, something we all want. It gets disrupted when we allow frustrations, the actions of others and feelings of anger and fear to creep inside. We not only experience these emotions once but then we carry them around with us into an insomniac night and sometimes longer. Do we enjoy this stress? No, of course not – but yet we somehow keep letting it in and giving it permission to take hold. To maintain inner peace we need to look inside and heal what is at the core of our upset.

Reminding you today, your experience begins with you. How are you allowing some-one or some-thing to affect your peace of mind? That’s your house! Would you invite in and physically allow any of these causes to cross your threshold and enter your home? I can hear a big collective NOooo right now! But wow, you so easily let these things enter your mind causing distress in your mind and body.
 
Inner peace is an energy shift. For anything that troubles you or upsets or aggravates you, check inside and find what needs healing, bringing an awareness to it, which will then give you your answers to heal it. Ramp up your spiritual practice, heal, forgive and achieve the peace you seek.
