We all have a voice in our head. Michael A. Singer calls it our “Inner roommate” in his book The Untethered Soul (recommended reading). The conversations we have with ourselves and more importantly what we believe about them is literally the energetic signal we’re putting out.
Reminding you today, to be conscious of what you are saying to yourself, especially about your value and worth. You are pure energy, and you are what you think about. Your thoughts are placing an order in the Universe. Be mindful and aware of the conversations you’re having with yourself because they are energetically creating with the Law of Attraction.
