Happy Monday! Let’s start the week off energized and clear about what we want to attract.

Reminding you today, what you focus on expands. Here are some affirmations to lift your thoughts, keep your vibrations high and feel good. Repeat the affirmations as many times as you can each day adding in your own words with what feels right and focus on the meaning of each word. Writing them down on note cards brings the words into the physical and allow you to visualize as well as verbalize. Take deep breaths, allowing the feeling and the ’essence’ of each word permeate in your body. Smile…because this is ALL true for you.
