Validate Yourself and OWN it

We all do it at some point or another, we search outside to validate us. There’s an inner critic that does a pretty good job of infusing doubt, has us questioning decisions and messes with our view of self. If we compound those thoughts and memories over years of reflection, we can find ourselves with a loop of thoughts that are making us feel less grounded and certainly less powerful, in fact, darn right power-less.
