Chatter in the mind, we all do it. We’re either running a list of the things we have to do or rehearsing a situation in our head. We are all familiar with the constant loop of chatter that quite frankly is as exhausting as anything physical we’ve done all day. We think we’re doing this run through to get an answer, but most of the time it’s just chaotic thoughts that have no direction and are not productive.

Reminding you today, to be aware of when you’re in chatter mode and take a moment to be still and get to the quiet place your mind. Your answers will come when you are in your moment of connection, intention and openness. Hear your real voice, the internal guidance that knows exactly what you need. This sacred time keeps you in the present, is nurturing, recharges you and restores your peaceful balance.
