We often think of stress, negativity, anger and the like as being caused by something ‘outside’ or ‘put upon us’, and therefore, seeing it as something that leaves us feeling out of control. Not true! It’s an inside job and we feed it with every thought we have that supports it. And yes, we are pretty good at finding fuel for our fire.
This important AHA shift is something that takes continuous practice, mindful practice, so that we retain our clarity our keep our vibration high.
Reminding you today, of this awareness so you can deflate the stress and strain. Be mindful of the thoughts you have on a daily basis and the perception they are creating in your mind.
While situations arise and thoughts may pop up, you can choose to focus on those that feel good and allow you to experience life the way you want.
