So what thoughts are getting our attention? Love & Gratitude or Anger & Fear? Part of the mastery of self is knowing when we are in and out of alignment as well as demonstrating and reacting within our integrity.

Reminding you today, be mindful of where your attention goes. YOU get to decide where your energy flows as well as how you respond; think higher, go higher – challenge yourself to not just be reactionary out of habit but to practice your mastery.
