One of the greatest things we can give ourselves when we are feeling anxious and stressed is to find the happiness in ordinary things, with humor to lighten the load, and allowing joy in.

Reminding you today, to channel your inner comedian, it’s a great way to diffuse those small irritations with your sense of humor. When we come from this lighter frame of mind it’s easier to be amused and it’s all about feeling good.

Infuse playfulness and you’ll feel the immediate release of any weight you’ve been carrying around. Laughter IS the best medicine. It is also the perfect response to a cranky individual or an uneasy situation.
